1-On-1 PERSONAL FITNESS COACHING
BOOST's method for 1-on-1 fitness training is a personal experience and we cater to your health and fitness needs. Your training sessions are full-body routines scheduled 2-3 sessions per week and based on your availability. For 1-On-1 Coaching we will require either 30 or 60 minutes of your undivided attention and commitment. During each session we will make use of our line of strength and cardio equipment as well as integrate functional fitness tools of the trade in the form of balls, bands and bars.
Client-Coach Web Tracking
During your training time here at BOOST you'll also be given access to our Client Page! Our secured web page designed to allow our active clients the opportunity to track their progress as well as constant supervision of your daily nutritional choices AND cardio-training program.
Once you've achieved a suitable level of fitness, our expectation for you is that you become more independent with your program. At that point, only 1 visit with us every other week or even once a month is all you'll require to keep from losing ground or becoming complacent. Either at home or in a fitness center, we expect you to maintain your newly achieved levels.
