PERSONAL NUTRITION COACHING

This component is as important if not more than the exercise. Inappropriate food choices and the improper implementation of your nutritional plan will negate a great deal of your efforts spent in the gym. You may get stronger, but are you truly healthier if your diet doesn't reflect the training sacrifices spent training your body.

With this program, you'll have access to 1-0n-1 counseling developed to analyze your current nutritional practices and offer up sensible alternatives. Just as the accountable serves your personal fitness coach, that same level of accountability with your Nutrition Coach will motivate you to make all the necessary nutritional adjustments for your short-term and long-term goals.

Client Web Tracking

This feature allows our "active" clients the opportunity to record their daily food intake AND cardio training efforts. You fitness coach along with your nutrition coach will have constant access to this information and be able to provide helpful feedback regarding the appropriateness of your daily food and cardio training choices.
