GROUP EXPRESS FITNESS


BOOST Fitness Training offers an affordable and energetic fitness option for small groups of guys, gals or a combination of both. In our semi-private setting, you'll be expertly guided around what we call "The BOOST Loop", a 30 minute series of strength exercises using the BOOST coaching format. Our private, studio is equipped by a professional exercise physiologist to deliver a full-body, circuit-style exercise program, structured to meet an individuals' fitness needs.

Whether just beginning your fitness pursuits or looking to add to your existing training, our group express methods allows all ability levels to train collectively as a team.
