With over 24 years in the fitness industry, John holds a B.S. in Corporate Health and Fitness and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Additionally, he is a fitness equipment developer with many of his products in use at BOOST's studio. John's clients can expect 45 minute intense training session, which will be focused on the strength and conditioning of all major muscle groups. |

Lori is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer as well as the Nutrition Consultant at BOOST Fitness Studio. Lori believes strongly in the profound impact that optimal nutrition can have on overall health and well being. She is available for nutritional consultations, with services ranging from assistance in structuring a meal plan to grocery store visits. Her 60 minute training sessions include a dynamic cardiovascular workout as well as total body strength training and stretching. |

Sophia is an ISSA (Internatioal Sports Science Association) certified personal trainer, as well as a Stott Pilates certified and Yogafit certified instructor. Sophia helps her clients reach their goals through a workout designed to be both fun and functional. Her 60 minute training sessions incorporate both Pilates and yoga into her client's workouts to assist them in achieving both strength and flexibility. Kevin Phillips

Kevin is an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified personal trainer. Kevin is studying Exercise Science at VCU, and loves keeping in shape. He is an avid runner, and has completed two full marathons, and many other races. His ultimate goal is to compete in an Ironman Triathlon.
